In accordance with Condition 6 of the Deed Poll dated 7 April 2009, the terms and conditions of the KENCANA-CA shall be adjusted accordingly.
The Ex-date and entitlement date for the Bonus Issue will be 6 January 2010 and 8 January 2010 respectively. We will announce the adjustments to the Exercise Price and the Warrant Component/Exercise Ratio for the KENCANA-CA after 5.00 pm on 5 January 2010, being the last trading day on which KENCANA shares are traded on cum-bonus basis. The adjusted Exercise Price and Warrant Component/Exercise Ratio for the KENCANA-CA will take effect at 9.00 am on 6 January 2010, being the ex-date for the Bonus Issue.
Please note that there will not be any new issuance of KENCANA-CA on the Entitlement Date pursuant to the Bonus Issue.
