Remarks: Warrantholders will NOT qualify for the entitlement to the Share Split unless they exercise their Warrants and lodge their duly completed warrant subscription form together with the subscription monies with MPB's share registrar, Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd by 5:00 p.m. on 6 January 2010 in order for the new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in MPB to be transferred into the respective depositors' securities account prior to 5:00 p.m. on 19 January 2010, being the entitlement date of the Share Split ("Entitlement Date").
Warrantholders who do not exercise their subscription rights by 5:00 p.m. on 6 January 2010 and subsequently whose names appear in the record of depositors on the Entitlement Date shall accordingly be entitled to the Adjustments.
For illustrative purposes, warrantholders holding 100 Warrants will have their exercise price of the Warrants adjusted from RM1.50 per Warrant to RM0.37 per Warrant and the number of Warrants adjusted to 400 Warrants from the existing 100 Warrants held.
The date of listing and quotation for up to 86,245,956 new Warrants pursuant to the Adjustments shall be on 20 January 2010, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
MPB's share registrar will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled Warrantholders by 25 January 2010. A notice setting out the Adjustments will be despatched to the warrantholders in due course.
