In accordance with Condition 6 of the Deed Poll dated 6 April 2010, the terms and conditions of the SPSETIA-CD shall be adjusted as set out in our announcement dated 18 January 2011.
The Exercise Price and the Warrant Component/Exercise Ratio for the SPSETIA-CD will be adjusted from RM6.15 to RM4.10 and 0.125 (8 warrants to 1 share) to 0.1875 (5.3333 warrants to 1 share) respectively.
The adjustments for the Exercise Price and the Warrant Component/Exercise Ratio for the SPSETIA-CD will take effect at 9.00 a.m. on 19 April 2011 being the ex-date for the Bonus Issue.
Please note that there will not be any new issuance of SPSETIA on the Entitlement Date pursuant to the Bonus Issue.
