The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 178,791,000 new Greenyield Shares on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every one (1) existing Greenyield Share held by Greenyield's entitled shareholders as at 5.00 p.m. on 4 November 2011 ("Entitlement Date").

The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad shall take place on 8 November 2011, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date.

Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd, the registrar of Greenyield, will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled Greenyield shareholders by 14 November 2011.
