Remarks :

As at the date of this announcement, there are a total of 236,810,480 outstanding IRCB Warrants. Pursuant to the Deed Poll, the exercise price of the outstanding IRCB Warrants will be adjusted from RM0.25 to RM0.50 and the number of outstanding IRCB Warrants will be adjusted from 236,810,480 to 118,405,240 (“Warrants Adjustment”). Pursuant to the Deed Poll, the Warrants Adjustment will be effective from the close of business on 31 October 2014, being the entitlement date of the Shares Consolidation. In accordance with the Deed Poll, the notice for the Warrant Adjustments shall be dispatched to the warrant holders within 8 days from 31 October 2014. This announcement is dated 16 October 2014.
