The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 45,000,000 new Datasonic Shares to be credited as fully paid-up at par on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing Datasonic Shares held by the entitled shareholders. The date of the listing of and quotation for the 45,000,000 new Datasonic Shares will be 5 July 2013, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue.
