Remarks :

The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 46,575,000 new SCB Shares to be credited as fully paid-up at par on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every five (5) SCB Shares held by the entitled shareholders on the entitlement date. The date of the listing of and quotation for the 46,575,000 new SCB Shares will be 13 September 2013, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue. The share registrar of SCB will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders not later than four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation.
