Remarks :

Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meanings as those defined in Jetson’s announcement dated 6 November 2013 in relation to the Share Split. The Share Split will be implemented concurrently with the bonus issue of 34,193,402 Warrants on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every five (5) Resultant Shares held by shareholders after the Share Split. The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Jetson within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Resultant Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Resultant Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 5 February 2014, being the next market day after the entitlement date for the Share Split. This announcement is dated 13 January 2014.
