The Bonus Issue has also been approved by the shareholders of Asia File at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 September 2014. In accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be on 25 February 2015, being the next market day after the book closing date.
