Remarks :

The Bonus Issue will be carried out concurrently with the share split exercise announced on even date and the Bonus Shares to be received by all the entitled shareholders will be in the form of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each. The date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall be 7 April 2014, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue. The share registrar of HUPSENG will issue and despatch notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of HUPSENG within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
