The Share Split will be carried out concurrently with the bonus issue exercise announced on even date. The date of listing and quotation for the Subdivided Shares shall be 7 April 2014, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date for the Share Split. The share registrar of HUPSENG will issue and despatch notices of allotment of the Subdivided Shares to all entitled shareholders of HUPSENG within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Subdivided Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
