Remarks :

The Bonus Issue will be implemented concurrently with the subdivision exercise involving the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each ("Share(s)") in CMSB into two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each ("Subdivided Share(s)"). The Bonus Shares to be received by all the entitled shareholders pursuant to the Bonus Issue will be in the form of the Subdivided Shares. The date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be on 27 June 2014, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue. At the 39th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, the shareholders of the Company approved a final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 12 sen per Share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013 (“Final Dividend”). The Final Dividend will be paid on 20 June 2014 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the close of business on 6 June 2014. As the entitlement date for the Final Dividend will be prior to the date of allotment of the Bonus Shares, the Bonus Shares shall not be entitled to the Final Dividend. The share registrar of CMSB will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders no later than four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares.
