Remarks :

The Subdivision will be implemented concurrently with the bonus issue of up to 362,390,340 new Subdivided Shares ("Bonus Shares") after the Subdivision on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) Subdivided Shares held ("Bonus Issue"). The date of the listing of and quotation for the Subdivided Shares will be on 27 June 2014, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Subdivision. At the 39th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, the shareholders of the Company approved a final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 12 sen per Share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013 (“Final Dividend”). The Final Dividend will be paid on 20 June 2014 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the close of business on 6 June 2014. As the entitlement date for the Final Dividend will be prior to the date of allotment of the Subdivided Shares, the Subdivided Shares shall not be entitled to the Final Dividend. The share registrar of CMSB will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders no later than four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares.
