The number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will depend on the total number of the issued and paid-up shares of Boilermech on 15 October 2014. The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares is on 16 October 2014, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of Boilermech will issue and despatch notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of Boilermech within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
