Remarks :

The Bonus Issue will be implemented after the completion of the Share Split. The date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) shall be 13 October 2014, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. The share registrar of FimaCorp will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of FimaCorp within four (4) market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
